Desk Chair

Improve your posture and your mind! Sitting on a ball helps strengthen your core and lower back muscles. But did you know it is also proven to enhance your mental engagement. By sitting at a ball instead of a traditionalchair, you retain more information. (Image attached - please frame in colors like the other pages)

Use a Baby Bump as a replacement for a chair at work or home. The movement of the exercise ball requires muscular response to keep one's center of gravity and maintain balance on the ball. This stimulates the deeper trunk muscles (multifidus and transverse abdominus) that are important in supporting the spine, and reduces static loading on any one structure in the spine.

Baby Bumps are more than just fun to sit and bounce on—they’re a great way to improve strength, cardio endurance, and balance. By tackling basic moves (like push-ups, squats, and planks) on an unstable surface, muscles get more bang for their buck. They are great to use for physical therapy after an injury and, of course, Baby Bumps are also great for getting back into shape after you have your baby.
